Only had to.claim once in 7years, which is no fault of my pet insurers. Dealt with both politeness and alacrity. - would recommend them to new owners. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

My old cats were insured with Animal Friends in their old age. They both had problems which needed treatment at the vets during the end of their lives and I had no problem claiming the money back which I could do via the vet which was really easy to do. I hadn't realised how quickly the bills mount up so I did reach the maximum on one of them. My new rescue cat is now insured with them at a higher limit but still has cheaper premium than most other pet insurance companies. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Excellent Pet insurance company giving regular health advice.

I changed to Animal Friends after my previous pet insurance company became unaffordably expensive due to the age of my dog. The pet health advice given regularly on-line is extremely useful. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

I was gardening & suddenly my little dog started limping with its back leg held in the air. It did not register at first but with the help of my vets & my insurance co. it was sorted & my little dog is back to full health . Thanks to the help from Animal Friends . Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

I have an old dog so he's expensive to insure now, however the package I was offered was very good value. The app is a godsend - incredibly quick consultation with dispensary! Amazing. No stress of the vets waiting room and no extortionate fees either. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
