Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

I was gardening & suddenly my little dog started limping with its back leg held in the air. It did not register at first but with the help of my vets & my insurance co. it was sorted & my little dog is back to full health . Thanks to the help from Animal Friends . Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

I have an old dog so he's expensive to insure now, however the package I was offered was very good value. The app is a godsend - incredibly quick consultation with dispensary! Amazing. No stress of the vets waiting room and no extortionate fees either. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Animal friends Insurance is fantastic. You can chat with someone at anytime if you have any queries. They send regular updates about subjects regarding your pets health. Things that are crucial and ultimately could save your pet from illness/injury. They definitely have your pets best interests at heart. And that means everything to me. I honestly can't fault them. Animal friends. Simply the best

Animal friends are the best insurance company I’ve ever come across. I’ve never had to shop around for cheaper insurance because they don’t hike their prices up every year. They also don’t charge any phenomenal admin costs for change of address etc. None at all. Just a small premium to pay for the knowledge that my little ones will be well cared for if anything unfortunate should occur Reviewed on: 10th September 2021
