Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

I love the way joli vets works I’ve used them once as my dog had a tick and the vet had a good look at it on web cam and directed me on how to remove it I was very impressed Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

I've used Animal Friends for many years and they are great. Their claims process is swift and smooth leaving very little for the fur-mum/dad to do - which is exactly what you need when you have a sick puppy (or other fur baby) who needs your attention, and not focusing the paperwork.
