Great insurance for pets with free Advice from Vets

I have been with Animal friends for 10 yrs now. They are a very affordable company with great quality insurance for your pet. They have 24/7 contact with a qualifed vet via Joii App, which I think is fantastic. Every month information is given about pet care and what to do for certain conditions. Professional and friendly, easy claim process.

Whenever I have needed to make a claim they have been processed quickly and efficiently. On the one occasion I needed some help, the person I spoke with was very helpful being both professional and friendly. Their new(ish) portal is easy to use. If I need to make a claim I just give my vet our policy number and they do everything on their vet portal. They were very kind and sympathetic when my 2 previous cats passed away and I had to cancel their policies. We have now adopted a rescue cat and have insured her with them. Claims are dealt with quickly and efficiently and emails replied to without having to wait too long. Friendly customer service too. Monthly cost is a fair price. Have used AF for many years now and wouldn’t consider any other insurer. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
