We have had to make claims as our puppy has a gluten intolerance and unfortunately have had two emergency trips to the vets. The vets then contact Animal Friends direct - so easy for the pet owner. Love the regular tips on emails too! Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Brilliant company to deal with

Very efficient service

I really like the video link directly to a vet as this has helped my anxiety of understanding what is going on for my dog when he’s under the weather. The advice has been professional and the link to buy the required medication is time saving and very efficient. I’m very pleased with the service and it’s certainly value for money. Simply the Best!

This is the best insurance I have ever used. To be able to speak with a nurse and if required a vet without the stress of getting your pet into the carrier when sometimes you just need advice is so good for both you and your pet. They give excellent advice and will tell you if you have to take your pet to the vet or if not give you some other options. A wonderful service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
