When my dog was very ill, knowledge that Animal Friends had our backs relieved a lot of stress. Claim was approved and paid within a couple of days of making it. Can't ask for better service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

I've been with animal friends for years and never had a problem. It's now even better as they have the Joii app where I can talk to a vet about my dog over a video call, anytime of day :-) Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

I haven't had to claim on my insurance, luckily, but I am happy with the up to date emails and helpful tips I get from Animal Friends on a regular basis. I can also use the joli app for free if I need to, which is good to know. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
