I haven't had to claim on my insurance, luckily, but I am happy with the up to date emails and helpful tips I get from Animal Friends on a regular basis. I can also use the joli app for free if I need to, which is good to know. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

We have had to make claims as our puppy has a gluten intolerance and unfortunately have had two emergency trips to the vets. The vets then contact Animal Friends direct - so easy for the pet owner. Love the regular tips on emails too! Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Brilliant company to deal with

Very efficient service

I really like the video link directly to a vet as this has helped my anxiety of understanding what is going on for my dog when he’s under the weather. The advice has been professional and the link to buy the required medication is time saving and very efficient. I’m very pleased with the service and it’s certainly value for money.
