Very quick to respond and sympathetic to our loss.

One of our cats was hit by a car and died. I advised Animal Friends once we had got over the loss and their response was very sympathetic and the insurance fee, payed in advance, was refunded immediately. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

When my dog was very ill, knowledge that Animal Friends had our backs relieved a lot of stress. Claim was approved and paid within a couple of days of making it. Can't ask for better service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
