Very fast acceptance of claim.

My little rescue dog has carcinoma and recently had an operation to remove tumours. Animal Friends paid the vet in a few days and I didn't have to do anything. Very stress free in worrying circumstances! Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Big Thank You to Animal Friends

My puppy chihuahua broke her leg and my local vet couldn't help, suggesting that due to the size of her bones it might be better to amputate. They referred her to an orthopaedic specialist who was able to fit the tiniest plate imaginable and the leg was saved. This was an operation which I could never have afforded if it wasn't for Animal Friends. The claim was so easy and they paid both vets promptly and without any fuss. Best of all I have my puppy back whole and healthy. Really can't thank them enough Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Great cover for ongoing illnesses

My dog has many allergies and has been covered by Animal Friends since we got him at 8 weeks old. He is now 9 and he continues to be covered for existing issues as well as new ones. The co-payment now he is older is understandable and we continue to be happy with them. The Joli cover is an added bonus that gives vet support over the phone for peace of mind. Have been with animal friends for many years. Earlier this year one of my cats Munchkin got diagnosed with diabetes. Have never made an insurance claim before but after phoning & completing the claim form all his vet bills have been settled . It was such an easy process & experience. Thank you animal friends.
