Having three cats that have needed occasional treatment , Animal Friends Insurance have made it very easy to make a claim and really quick to fulfil - the funds were back in our bank account within one working day - excellent service Reviewed on: 6th August 2023

Advice and support 24/7

I recently had a very sick 11 year old Terrier to look after. It was a most worrying time, not knowing what was wrong with him and watching him grow less and less active and sad. After extensive tests in the vet hospital, and a lot of medication l was very relieved when most of the financial burden for the costs of his treatment was covered by his insurance with AF. Outstanding

I have owned dogs all my life and had them insured with many different insurers. I can honestly say that Animal Friends is by far the best! I feel the coverage is good, the communication very easy and I feel they are genuinely committed to the welfare of animals. I have been using Animal Friends for pet insurance for probably the best part of 20 years off and on. I have recommended them to family and friends because whenever I have needed to make a claim it is never a hassle. I have always been 100% satisfied with their assistance, support and attitude. Animal Friends were there when we needed them most

Animal Friends were there when we needed them most. Last Christmas, when my vet was closed for the festive season, my dog collapsed, one evening. I was very thankful for the benefit that Animal Friends offers, to connect up with a real vet, through their partners, Joii Pet Care. This was very quick, with little waiting. The vet was really great and looked at my dog through the screen to make an assessment and gave advice. I subsequently took my dog to the emergency vet, where he was seen. Thank you Animal Friends, I know that you are one of the only pet insurers who partner with vets who can provide this type of virtual service to pet owners. Easy to deal with

I’ve made a couple of claims over the years. First vet practice didn’t deal directly with AF, paper work was easy, my current vet practice does all the paperwork so even simpler. Paid out promptly both times. I understand premiums increase annually but they have increased quite a bit the last 2 years, still the peace of mind is worth it. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023
