Just Pawfect

I have had first hand experience of other Pet Insurance Providers and I can say without doubt Pet Friends is simply the best provider. I have not had to make a claim but I did need to use their online Vet Service which was completely reassuring. Excellent, no hassle

I had to have regular treatment for my 14 year old lab. My vets claimed directly absolutely no hassle to me. I have now insured my new puppy (having lost my boy) with animal friends. Wouldn't use a anyone else!!!! Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Sad cat to happy cat

Great Pet Insurance

Animal Friends insurance to me is the best around, I really feel they have your pets health & interests at the core of their values. Especially love the added bonus of the Joii Pet Care app that you get with the policy, I thankfully have only had to use this service once before and was a quick and easy diagnosis with one of the lovely vets they have on call. Advice and support 24/7

I recently had a very sick 11 year old Terrier to look after. It was a most worrying time, not knowing what was wrong with him and watching him grow less and less active and sad. After extensive tests in the vet hospital, and a lot of medication l was very relieved when most of the financial burden for the costs of his treatment was covered by his insurance with AF. Outstanding

I have owned dogs all my life and had them insured with many different insurers. I can honestly say that Animal Friends is by far the best! I feel the coverage is good, the communication very easy and I feel they are genuinely committed to the welfare of animals.
