Quick, cost-effective care

Our 11-year old cat had to undergo a couple of surgeries and required several rounds of medication. Claiming on our insurance was so straight-forward, the policy schedule was clear about what was and was not covered, and the decision was made quickly with funds disbursed within a few days. Poor Service, High Excess and Enigma of Small Print

Website frequently unusable - does not work in Chrome at-all, spotty using Edge. Significant problem given all insurance documents are held on there. Once you actually get into the documents you'd need the NSA to decode the small-print and discover virtually nothing is covered, and what is covered has such a high excess (beyond the headline excess stated at point of purchase) as to be useless. I have had first hand experience of other Pet Insurance Providers and I can say without doubt Pet Friends is simply the best provider. I have not had to make a claim but I did need to use their online Vet Service which was completely reassuring. Excellent, no hassle

I had to have regular treatment for my 14 year old lab. My vets claimed directly absolutely no hassle to me. I have now insured my new puppy (having lost my boy) with animal friends. Wouldn't use a anyone else!!!! Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Sad cat to happy cat
