our cat is a sphynx indoor cat and needs special care , luckily I haven't had to use our cat insurance yet as he has been healthy so far, but it just gives me peace of mind to know if anything happens my cat 's health bill will be covered . friendly staff at the other end of the phone and special offers are just a bonus. , I will recommend this pet insurance to friends and family . Quick, cost-effective care

Our 11-year old cat had to undergo a couple of surgeries and required several rounds of medication. Claiming on our insurance was so straight-forward, the policy schedule was clear about what was and was not covered, and the decision was made quickly with funds disbursed within a few days. Poor Service, High Excess and Enigma of Small Print

Website frequently unusable - does not work in Chrome at-all, spotty using Edge. Significant problem given all insurance documents are held on there. Once you actually get into the documents you'd need the NSA to decode the small-print and discover virtually nothing is covered, and what is covered has such a high excess (beyond the headline excess stated at point of purchase) as to be useless.
