Easy to deal with

I’ve made a couple of claims over the years. First vet practice didn’t deal directly with AF, paper work was easy, my current vet practice does all the paperwork so even simpler. Paid out promptly both times. I understand premiums increase annually but they have increased quite a bit the last 2 years, still the peace of mind is worth it. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Great Reliable Insurers

I've been using Animal Friends for 4 1/2 years now. They have saved me thousands over the years. Never had any issues with paying out. Only 2 slight issues I have, but hasn't become a big problem. I've increased level of cover but I am so thankful they are a great company and now using the online Pawtal they are quick to pay out. Thanks Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Reliable pet insurance at a good price

I have been with Animal Friends for many years now. They are efficient in dealing with claims and there is no delay at all in receiving payment now they have their new 'Pawtal' which means the vet sends the claim in for you.
