Easygoing banking

I was rather nervous at first but the whole set up makes everything run smooth and the best bit for me is when I have a question you type it in and voila an immediate response! Easy to use and great customer service

I love how easy the ANNA app is to use, that I can just ask it in text to 'send an invoice to Forest Ltd' and it will create and send it for me, and chase it til it gets paid. And I love that if I get stuck then I can get help from a real person in minutes. Really useful for small businesses who don't have the luxury of an accounts department!
