Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Fantastic experience

Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Atom Bank - First class.

I would recommend Atom Bank unreservedly. I like the new Instant Saver Reward account that has recently been brought in. Their next step should be the introduction of an ISA. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
