Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Beautiful app; quick, easy, secure, and seamless to use

I was shocked at how quick, easy, safe, and seamless setting up an account with Atom was. After doing the due diligence and verifying safety, a quick call verified another query. The app is superb: instant visibility of balance in a simple clean page using FaceID, so no jumping through hoops to check balance. I've used Atom Bank on a number of occasions. The App is well designed and very user friendly. The interest rates are very competitive and the customer service support is very professional and helpful. Atom Bank is my go to place to invest.
