Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I have had an excellent experience with atom.

I have had an excellent experience with atom. Been with them for many years very transparent about what savings they offer and the app provides an easy way to see the interest over time, their offers match or even exceed the market .their customer service is great and were able to go in depth to resolve my problem which had problems with authorising on the app which weren't able to resolve on my own. Great reward incentives

I was drawn to Atom due to its high interest rate - i switched to atom savings account with the great incentive of higher interest rate if there is no withdrawals. I can be prone to withdrawing for silly purchases, but the great reward & incentive of higher interest on no withdrawals helps me think more wisely about my money.
