Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Excellent customer service. Simple app that Always works. Great rate on products. I love everything about Atom. Confident in placing my hard earned money with them. Atom Bank - the easy way to have online savings .

Atom Bank provides àn̈ easy way for those of us with limited digital skills, to put away rainy -day money earning better interest than the main commercial banks, and easily moved in and out as needed. Moreover there is always a helpful member of staff at the end of a phone call, without having to listen to recorded voices asking you to press more and more numbers and listen to lengthy music delays!
