Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Savings for the future

Atom Bank works well for me

I have been with Atom Bank for the last two years on a fixed rate term at the end of two years I transferred the interest into my main bank account. I am now on an easy access account both have an excellent interest rate higher than most banks online. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Easy set up , and a good app

Setting up the account up was very straightforward and easy . Also when interest rates remained the same after being reduced the previous month from 4.85% to 4.6% , Atom Bank increased it back up by 0.15% to 4.75% , which I thought was a very nice touch , normally banks don’t do this , so top marks .
