Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to use

Easy to set up and straight forward terms of my account. I opened my account after reading an article from Martin Lewis. Very easy to use great for someone like me who isn’t particularly tech savvy. Excellent banking in a simple to use app
