Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Not particularly techy. Don't worry

As a person of a certain age and not particularly confident in online banking I was attracted to Atom by its very competitive savings rate.
