Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Offered a good interest rate for savings. It wasn't clear about terms of the account e.g. when withdrawing exactly when the bonus interest rate would start. It took a while to get through to an agent but when I did they were helpful. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025

Competitive Fixed Rate Savings App

I have been using Atom for over 7-8 yrs for Fixed Rate savings only. During that period they have provided very competitive rates that are all accessible only through their user friendly app. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025
