Bad but thankfully short lived experience Short lived experience - payments kept being refused from the Atom account, despite it being completely funded. Moved to First Direct and glad I did. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Fantastic experience

Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Easy setup and access

Easy to set up accounts, easy app to use, easy and quick to access my money when I need it. I have never needed to contact Atom about any issue, so I can't comment on their customer service. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
