Great value, customer service is pretty good too

We have had insurance with Aviva for years, we did switch to another provider for one year as they were more competitive, but the next year we went back purely as they were cheapest. We have had to claim with the other insurer and it wasn't very straight forward as we damaged the house and the car, both house and car were with the same insurer so you would think straigh forward- nope one arm couldn't talk to the other so this year we switched back as I have never had any problems, even when I have had to claim. There is always someone available to speak to me, no waiting forever on the phone and definitely not having to ring several different offices of the same comapny! Reviewed on: 7th July 2019

Excellent Service

Fair prices, good customer service and most of all, of anything does go wrong, which it can with any company, I can honestly say in my experience, they go out of the their way to put things right. This is why I rate them above others. Reviewed on: 7th July 2019

Help when I needed it most

Aviva is reliable. I don't like how they put the price up each year for no reason tho. However, they are okay with me ending my policy and signing up as a new customer to get a better price each year. Reviewed on: 6th July 2019
