I have been with Aviva for many years now.

I have been with Aviva for many years now. I was crashed into by a third party and initially I was unhappy as the solicitors acting for me under my legal cover gave up trying to recover my excess and no claims, as they could not locate the driver. It was a long process but once this was finalised I contacted Aviva and they offered me the excess payment returned, and reinstated my no claims, so they were very helpful in the end.
