Simplest claims process really helped when I most needed it!

I was flooded by a burst water main on my road. This was the first time this had happened, so naturally I was a bit distressed to say the least. Fortunately Aviva really helped me by making the process of claiming as easy as possible. I think having a claims manager that was responsible for my claim really helped, no need to get somebody new up to speed every time Reviewed on: 27th October 2014
