Always helpful

Good customer service. The managers on the phones always accommodate me when needed for example my direct debit changing due to starting a new job. Rather than put charges on they will void them for a good reason. However my previous credit card did not change my direct debit in time and still put loads of interest on. Always excellent service

There have been times over the years when I have had to phone the help line when scam payments have gone through my account. The Barclaycard customer service people make it so easy for me, and I have never had to worry about being charged for the fraudulent amount going through the account. I trust them totally, as well as Barclays. Online banking is a pleasure, and I no longer stress about anything financial these days. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Well organised

Simple

No problems with them at all, when calling for simple enquiries they not only sort out the query but also anticipate a need you hadn't thought of. Regularly get great 0% offers through for balance transfers and cash, I have 4 other credit cards with other companies none of which have the same level of service. I feel secure and trust the bank without them putting unnecessary 'DPA' barriers in place. (this review is from someone that has worked in consumer credit loans for 8 years). Balance tranfers
