Dispute resolved

Good rates and extras

Thieves

Great app and fast set up

Really happy with my experience with Barclaycard. The set up for the card was quick and easy. Any queries I had were easily resolved by the customer service team and they were very polite. The app is easy to use and has a lovely layout. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Treat you like a fool

Keep you waiting on phone for 25 minutes then as you start chatting they hang up on you .3 x this has happened now. Also on another review site it says they sent email to confirm Identity before posting review, they do not , my negative review was not published , has this happened to anyone else I wonder ?
