Treat you like a fool

Keep you waiting on phone for 25 minutes then as you start chatting they hang up on you .3 x this has happened now. Also on another review site it says they sent email to confirm Identity before posting review, they do not , my negative review was not published , has this happened to anyone else I wonder ? amazing conditions

Excellent in every way

Forced account closure with two weeks notice for a 30 year long customer!

So after holding a Barclaycard Platinum card for almost 30 years they gave me two weeks notice, by text, my account was being closed because I don't use it and there is no appeal process. They are quick enough to spam me with marketing c*ap for balance transfers but can't pick up the phone or email me to ask about my account status and how not using the card would result in account closure. I spent 40K yhis year on my Tesco bank account, and similar amounts in previous years that I could have easily swapped to them but I guess that is too late now. I will also be encouriging family & friends to ditch their Barclaycard and use the credit card services of another provider Reviewed on: 14th December 2022

Terrible service

Worst Customer Service EVER!
