Good interest rate

A good interest rate for a new ISA, however, this was not forthcoming from the bank despite having been a Barclays customer for 15+ years. Switching my ISA wasn't the easiest experience as Barclays held incorrect information regarding my name and address which had not been flagged prior - despite also operating business banking with them. Genuine advice

Very helpful customer service. Advisor arranged meeting, looked for the best deal in relation to my circumstances, and ensured my eligibility for the offer. Associated online banking apps also very useful and user-friendly. Reviewed on: 4th August 2019
