Good interest rate

A good interest rate for a new ISA, however, this was not forthcoming from the bank despite having been a Barclays customer for 15+ years. Switching my ISA wasn't the easiest experience as Barclays held incorrect information regarding my name and address which had not been flagged prior - despite also operating business banking with them. Helpful Staff
