Difficult to change account services

I have a savings account with Barclays and I wanted an ISA with Barclays and I wanted to transfer all the money from the savings to the ISA. I was told this would be straight forward however the process took longer than anticipated because of errors at the Barclays end. Firstly they made a mistake in the type of ISA I wanted, and then made a mistake by transfering it all into that ISA. Would not recommend switching to Barclays services. Help to buy

Me and my partner wanted to start saving for our very first home. We looked into all sorts of ways to we could save and we were recommended Barclays help to buy isa. We arranged an appointment with our local bank and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They explained all the conditions to us and why we should chose them. Now onto our 3rd year of saving we are well on the way to buying our dream home and starting the rest of our lives together! It’s all thanks to Barclays! Reviewed on: 1st February 2018

Accessible & Tax free

Very easy to set up and invested cash can be accessed anytime if required. No tax has to be paid and interest flactuates depending on the economy. Reviewed on: 28th January 2018

Not bad interest rates!

Safe but pointless

I've taken a cash ISA with barclays. I opted for the safe option, and basically that means it's a safe option but it's basically pointless and it's such immensely low interest. Reviewed on: 10th June 2017
