Shocking service great while your paying

While paying and getting mortgage I would give 11 out of 10 easy n helpful. Paying mortgage off at end shocking service. Phoned 3 times given different information plus even a letter giving wrong information. Sent me a letter back to contact them .2 hours 20 minutes in queue. Mind I'm in complaints gave person reference number absolutely no interest and asked why I was phoning. Asked to speak to someone else .put me on hold meant to wait another 90 minutes.
