I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

The Barclays app has never let me down, I have everything I need to access at the touch of my fingertips and I really appreciate that I can easily pay for things when I forget my card at home. I even got my elderly father who previously used his smartphone for the sole purpose of making phone calls to download it and he loves it as much as I do! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2019

The staff are always available to give customers information and help when ever needed. They thrive good customer service is speed, especially when a client is requesting something that’s time sensitive. Customers love personalization which is there key focal point. the bank focuses on long term when dealing with customers, by keeping customers happy. I have had good customer experience .
