Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Outstanding bank

I'm 18 years old and have been with Barclays for years , I have told others to change to Barclays because barclays is a brilliant bank quick easy and simple with anything and everything you may need and they truly have an amazing customer service crew and an outstanding online banking site which because of my depression and not leaving the house 24/7 I'm on quite a bit if the award goes to anyone it should be barclays. Barclays- better banking

The right touch. I have mobility problems: one bank said 'get someone else to do it.' Barclays said we will use voice recognition technology so you can do it yourself. Just one great example of better thinking. Reviewed on: 17th January 2019
