Best high street banking app

The barclays app is the most user friendly out there and the features available are those which cannot be matched at the moment. Further their savings rates remain competitive Reviewed on: 4th June 2024

10 years of service.. no real complaints!

I have used Barclays for my current account for 10 years now and I can't really complain about much! The app is really cool and handy... the only reason I can't give 5 stars is because it doesn't feel like they are pushing the boundaries of innovation as much as Monzo (who I also use and love). Great in everything

All Barclays products and customer approach are really great. Barclays is taking care of its customers as it is its family. Rewards are really nice. Blue rewards for banking with Barclays so you get money for just having an account with them plus lots of other great benefits. My favourite product is Travel plus pack which is a travel insurance which also has RAC cover and airport lounge access plus discounts for airport parking and hotels. Where else you can find such a great offer for just £18 a month. Tech pack for just £12.50 a month when you can cover 4 mobile phones plus unlimited number of gadgets. All you family is covered for such a small contribution. Best Mobile Banking app where you can do pretty much anything without calling customer services for support or go to the branch. Branch staff is always nice and supportive, if they can’t help in something they will always direct you to who can. I would not swap my Barclays Bank experience for anything else! Great job guys! Never had an issue!

Always received great service, i have never had a problem with any services and always notified if there is going to be any system down time. Mobile app is the most accessible app i have used, i bank with Nationwide and Lloyds, both fail to delivery a fluid interface and experience. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Barclays Best Bank apps!!!

Barclays is the easiest bank app for both personal and business account, and credit cards. Easy to set up and view your account in a click, security is very on point. bank statement and customer enquiry resolved quickly. I will choose barclays anytime anyday.
