Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Best Bank ever!!

Every time I visit my local BB (Hackney) I get greeted warmly & fairly quick! The staff there helped me to set up a current account with no issues, making sure I understood all the t&c's, the interest rates and rewards scheme. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

24/7 access with the fantastic mobile banking app

Find it so quick and easy to keep control of my finances using the Barclays mobile banking app. Means I can do everything i want 24/7 without the need to have a branch nearby or open. keeping on top of my finances but also knowing I can call the bank direct or report my card lost/stolen immediately gives me piece of mind. loving the new features such as merchant control Reviewed on: 11th January 2019
