Everything always works. Barclays has been in 2019 for years!

I have banked with Barclays since 2010. At the time it was the only Bank to openly offer a basic bank account for people with credit problems. Many years have passed and I have had accounts with other banks but they have been closed due to many different failings. The app has gone from great to amazing. It has had features for years that many other bank apps have just introduced. The security is top-notch and everything just works. It saw the future before it arrived and has been working ahead of the game since. Issues are dealt with quickly, although there haven't been many, and overall everything has and continues to be perfect. No matter how much money is thrown at me by other banks to switch and, as long as Barclays continues the great work (I have no doubts things will change), they will have my custom for years to come. the banking app is the best app ive used to control my finances

I use the banking app more than the bank in town I can do everything I need to from my phone (apart from paying in cash) I find the app so easy to use and it even shows my barclaycard balances and makes it easier to pay these over the app without having to log onto my barclaycard Im also happy with my accounts I hold my mortgage with Barclays and would always look to them first for new products Reviewed on: 9th January 2019
