Signing into app with Touch is quick & easy, so simple to use & understand. Canview other banks accounts, freeze/unfreeze card, see your PIN number if forgotten, transferring funds is dead easy. Best banking app I’ve used Reviewed on: 5th January 2019

Mobile Banking

I have a new account and the service I have received has been very inefficient.

I have been unable to get the information I require or any help in getting it. I now have to make a trip into the local branch which has proved itself quite unhelpful in the past in order to get the information I require. My telephone, other bank accounts and building societies all have either people on line or on the phone who are able to give helpful advice. I have wasted 2 afternoons now trying to get the information my husband and I both need through the on line banking service with no result. Reviewed on: 4th January 2019

Good, but could be better

Overall I've had a good experience with Barclays - the banking app is very easy to use, the unplanned overdraft fee is fair and the staff in branch are knowledgeable. However, the opening times at my local branch (Bridport) are very prohibitive for those who work full time (9-5 Mon-Fri), with no other local alternative for deposting cash. Looks great, works better.

The app looks great and is laid out well being able to order and hide accounts in whichever way you prefer. Checking statements and other information through the app works seamlessly also. Never had any issues transferring or sending money and Barclays are great at letting you know if and when there will be maintenance on the app well in advance. Love the additional features also!!
