Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Best bank

Secure reliable online banking

9 times out of 10 I can access the Barclays app & perform transactions needed. On the occasions this has not been possible, it's been easy to phone for assistance or pop into a branch. To date, I have not experienced any serious problems using the Barclays banking app. Reviewed on: 27th December 2018

Great Apps / Poor at preventing fraud

Most efficient banking app!

Barclays banking app is very straight forward, no hassle! Direct communication to the team for any further support is on there, which I rarely use because the app is so easy! Reviewed on: 27th December 2018
