Great app

The Barclays app is great and they constantly update it based on user feedback. Reviewed on: 20th December 2018

Very straightforward

Enjoy online and app banking with Barclays. Very easy to use, customer friendly and intuitive. Others are long winded to use Barclays is much easier and quicker yet appears to remain secure and safe. Never had any issues. However, the actual real people working for them are not so efficient or helpful hence my recommendation score. Give me online/app banking any day! Turned my life around

After being made redundant and my finances getting worse and worse I decided to bite the bullet and go into the bank and they could not have been more patient, understanding and respectful. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and after a rocky couple of years I’m in a much better place. Reviewed on: 19th December 2018

Theres standard banking and there's personal banking, Barclays falls under personal banking, always helpful, always made to feel special and you can tell they always strive to please the customer. Banked with them for nearly 30 years and wouldn't change now. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018
