I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Very Happy with Barclays 5*

I've been with Barclays for 5 years and i'm very happy with them. If i ever have any issues they always help straight away or will arrange a call back as i have had a few frustrating problems which Barclays sorted out quickly and fairly, unlike another bank who promises and never fufils promises (TSB) keep up the great work Barclays. They are sending cards by post, and my card was lost, so it takes ages to create an account in the bank. And without a card I cannot login to online banking, app and so on... Reviewed on: 17th December 2018
