I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Accessibility to information internet transactions and very helpful staff

I often have to visit the bank personally because I am dependent on assistance to complete standing orders and am treated with respect by all staff at various branches and my transactions are completed immediately without any further issues or problems Reviewed on: 12th December 2018
