Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Excellent App and Service

I regularly use the Barclays Banking App which is fantastic for keeping an eye on my finances, knowing exactly what I have in my account with the Pending section showing what is due to come out. Since using the app I haven't gone overdrawn once and have been able to rebuild my credit score. When I have had an issue, the telephone banking personnel have been incredibly helpful and sorted my problem immediately. Wouldn't use another bank! Thank you Barclays! The best account!

I have account with Barclays for many years and I never had any problems. Barclays app is also one ofor the best one :) For minus I can say that mortgage offer is not the best one. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
