easy no hassle account

Had a Barclays bank account for years and never had an issue ever love it nice and simple it just works Reviewed on: 30th April 2020

Outdated and ineffective

It took 15 months of forms, calls, branch visits and finally legal intervention to retreive funds which Barclays had held on to after coding a "dormant" account. My family and I were thwarted at every turn by poor communication, ill trained staff, teams buried within the bowels of the bank's centralised structure and just plain apathy or hostility from frontine staff at branches.
