They've closed almost every branch and have removed the cash bonus on the blue rewards . When you try and do any in person banking you have to find a "pop-up" and 9 times out of 10 you just get told to go and do it online Reviewed on: 31st August 2024

Decent enough bank

I've been with them a long time and have found my account easy to use & access whenever I need to. There are no benefits along with my account though as well as no overdraft which makes it difficult to beat other account providers Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Been a customer for 17 years and they have recently closed my local branch without informing me. I had a problem with the online banking app so phoned customer services. The person only liked the sound of own voice and didn’t really listen to what I had to say. I in particular don’t like that I couldn’t go to my branch to sort out this issue! Barclays are about to scrap their Blue Rewards scheme and replace it by a deal with Apple that needs an App and I don't have a smart phone. So I so-called improvement completely bypasses me as a customer since 1969 Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
