I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

The Barclays App. Is excellent you can do everything you need to from except actually paying in/withdrawing cash. The staff are always on hand to assist you when needed. And they go out of their way to help and if they can’t? Then they will find a colleague who can. I can’t fault the staff or Barclays Bank, Barclay bank app and Pingit app. Just overall brilliant. Very convenient app especially because I’m always travelling but; I don’t have to be on the UK to manage my financial transactions. Also, I haven’t experienced any fraudulent activities; which is top priority when using banking apps. I’m honestly pleased with the Barclays banking app. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
