Bank an ISA accounts

My mother has always been with Barclays an when I needed to open an account she said choose Barclays as they’re a good bank an the staff are very helpful when I ran into difficulty a few year back the staff at snow hill help me sort it out most of the staff know me by name an will say hi or how you doin if they haven’t seen me for a while. Customer Care

Barclay care about their customers and this shows in the innovative programs they come up with through there digital banking app. A direct call button, so once I login I can call and speak to an adviser with the push of a button. They list all my direct debit dates on a calendar on my behalf. They give you emergency pin numbers when you aren't so bright and don't realise that you are trying to get cash out on an expired debit card! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
