Well I found it so easy to use on line banking. I'm no good with computers but when I use my phone for on line banking I find it so easy I'm well pleased with my self. I can do just about any thing from sending money to friends and family to transfers to my savings account and paying for my holidays . I'm really happy with Barclays so a big thank you to you all. Best bank!

Great service, easy to use. App has so many features, and mobile pin-reader is a godsend. Have banked with HSBC and Natwest, and HSBC comes near but just doesn't offer the ease of use and customer service of barclays! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
