Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Not upfront!

Not clear or concise information given, asked for a credit card, didnt tell us that we would have to move our salary to this account for the credit card go through until after she had applied for the credit card for us.
