Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Easy to use and contact

The Barclays banking app is great and can do so much. I can even tall face to face with a personal banker on video call so easy to do banking at anytime of day without having to take leave from work! Fantastic Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Why go anywhere else?!

My account was moved to Barclays when the Woolwich closed down. I was sceptical at first, but now I have been with Barclays for over 20 years and would NEVER change my bank! I have never experienced anything remotely wrong with using Barclays. Everything is right there at your fingertips. I use the app practically every day because I like it so much!
