Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Best Bank

Customer service excellent. Good website. My bank of choice. However on the downside our local branch has closed so that the nearest is 6 miles away. This city bank is not fit for purpose. Too small not enough counters having been replaced by unreliable machines. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Good app with lots to do!

Compared to many other online banking, you can do so much... an example of this is create a saver account, taking seconds or personalising a bank card which is a benefit. It is easy to use and has never let me down. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Easy to use and secure banking

Everything I want to do, even making cheque deposits,is so easy. I can transfer money into my grandchildren’s accounts for birthdays etc, and use the app for other bank accounts I may have. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Best banking app ever

Am do happy with Barclays app, so easy to use and manage my accounts and business , no long queues in banks or waits on the phone. The service is exceptional,. And transactions are immediate, i love it, i will be with Barclays for the rest of my life, all my children who grown also bank with Barclays, i could sell there service's all day long easily as there are so good.
