Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Barclays Mobile Banking App

The ease of access to information regarding my bank account is so important when I'm on the go as a student and this is what Barclays Mobile Banking app gives me. Also the lack off fuss when transferring money is a real plus for me. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

I have a very good experience with the bank. I have my issues sorted immediately. The personnel I have come across are really friendly and helpful. The Barclays app is one of the best things. All transactions are updated almost immediately and hence it saves a lot of trouble and I am able to manage my transactions without the pain of getting out of the house. Great app

Just had my app updated to the full version, my local Barclays only put on the basic before it closed. So I did have to travel for it to be done, but now I can pay anyone from my ‘phone - excellent & easy to use. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
