Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Very simple, easy use! What more could you want?

The app is so easy to use everything you need is there as soon as you log in, the only thing I think the app needs to be the best about is Touch ID/Face ID to unlock the app, other than that it’s perfect! Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Easy to use

Always ready to help

Barclays is providing a very efficient and fast service, both walk in or online services. I have contacted through the chat app so many times (also in the weirdest hrs..) and they always have been helpful. I truly recommend their services. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Great service but no overdraft for international students

I am very happy with the service especially compared to other banks: as an international student in London, the terms and conditions for opening accounts on other banks were either too complicated or didn't allow me to open an account at all. With Barclays it was easy. One thing I wasn't happy about though was when I needed a £50 overdraft for a time period of one week I wasn't able to get it because of the conditions for international student accounts. Really easy and connvineant to use

It is such an easy banking app, so easy to make transfers and look at previous transactions, being able to freeze your card is brilliant especially if you don’t want to spend any money, or if you loose it of course. Such a brilliant app and bank company so glad I changed from my previous bank account. Staff are also so helpful in the bank if you ever need any guidence. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Brilliant service, and very reliable.

I use the app on my phone and it is always reliable and secure and I can always count on it. I can see how much is in my account on a daily basis and what and when has been taken out of my account.
